Your referral starts a free inspection or estimate. WHI records the code and marks the referral pending review.
Reward after completion
When the referred customer completes a qualifying paid project, WHI confirms eligibility and issues your reward.

Referral questions, answered
After the referred customer completes a qualifying paid project and WHI finishes review. Submissions begin as pending review — a code alone does not guarantee a reward.
A new customer who was not already in active WHI sales follow-up, books through your code or link, and completes eligible paid work. Self-referrals and duplicate leads do not qualify.
Yes. Share your link or code and let them contact WHI themselves. Use the form only when you have permission to share their contact details.
No. The referral program is a customer thank-you program. It does not create employment, agency, vendor, or partnership rights.

Program terms & privacy
- You must have permission before submitting another person’s name, phone, email, or project details.
- Referrals start in pending review. WHI may approve, decline, or request more information.
- Rewards apply only to qualifying completed paid projects by new customers who used your code or link. Self-referrals and prior active leads are excluded.
- WHI may modify or end the program. Written confirmation from WHI controls any reward issued.
- Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Site use is also governed by our Terms.
