Warm Home Inc (WHI) collects contact details you submit on whi.homes so we can respond to service requests. We do not sell your information. Weather alert phone numbers are used only for severe-weather notifications you authorize.

Mobile information

Mobile data will not be shared or sold to third parties for marketing. Phone numbers you submit are used to reach you about the request you sent — including inspection follow-up and service texts you authorize — not sold or shared as a marketing list.

Information we collect

A request may include your name, contact details, property type, service need, scheduling preference, message, referral source, and campaign or landing-page information. Do not submit government identification, Social Security numbers, banking details, or full insurance documents through a general website form.

Analytics and cookies

Essential storage supports security and site operation. Optional analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” It helps us understand calls, forms, searches, and page performance. You can clear the site data in your browser to reset that choice.

Use, sharing, and retention

We use submitted information to respond, schedule, maintain service records, prevent abuse, and measure requested services. Access is limited by staff role. Service providers may process data only to host, secure, notify, or operate the requested workflow. Records are retained only as long as operational, legal, warranty, or fraud-prevention needs require.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. You can also withdraw marketing consent; service-related responses may still be necessary for an open request.
